We can’t wait for your Rae + Blake order to make its way to you! 🤎 Please review our shipping details below before placing your order.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days after your order is placed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
During launches, sales, holidays, or other high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We promise we’re working as quickly as possible to get your new favorites headed your way!
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
FREE standard shipping is available on U.S. orders of $100 or more.
Estimated Delivery
Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier and your location.
Please keep in mind that carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Rae + Blake is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If you notice an error before your order has shipped, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to correct it.
Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Rae + Blake is not responsible for carrier delays or packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.
If you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact the shipping carrier using your tracking information. We’re always happy to help however we can!
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.
