RETURNS

We hope you love everything you order from Rae + Blake! ♡ But we know sometimes things just don’t work out.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains, makeup, deodorant and odors, and have all original tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Sale and clearance items, accessories, and items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.

EXCHANGES

Because our inventory can move quickly, we do not offer traditional exchanges. If you need a different size, we recommend returning your original item for store credit and placing a new order for the size you need.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
